Hi Anukkah Burleson  You are not doing anything wrong.  The download link is broken.  I will raise the issue with my RealSense colleagues.

In the meantime, as an alternative to using calibration you can reset your camera's calibration to its factory-new settings in the RealSense Viewer tool using instructions at the link below.

MartyX Grover Thanks for getting back to me. I'll defiantly give resting camera calibration a shot and see if it resolves the issue.

I have another question that you might be able to clarify.  When performing On-Chip calibration, the camera reports a health score within the passing range (<0.25), but when I use the Depth Quality tool the Z-accuracy error is around 18%. Why might On-Chip Calibration show a "pass" while the depth quality tool still shows such a large error?

    Thanks!

On-Chip calibration relates to enhancement of depth quality.  To enhance accuracy, the Tare calibration tool is used.

Z-accuracy reduces and error increases as the distance from the camera of an observed object / surface increases, a phenomenon that is called RMS Error.  When performing a Tare calibration in the RealSense Viewer, it is recommended that the Get button is clicked before calibration is activated in order to adjust the calibration to take account of the distance from the camera.
