D555 is not recognized at all, out of the box
Hello. I just bought two D555 PoE units, but I'm having a lot of trouble because neither of them is being recognized by my PCs at all. I've tried both Windows and Ubuntu, and tested both the latest beta RealSense SDK (2.57.3) and an older version (2.56.5). For power supply, I've tried both a PoE injector (30W compatible) and USB power. Tried with many different ethernet cables of CAT 6. With all combinations, the devices are not even recognized as network devices.
I suspect this might be a hardware defect. What concerns me is that even when I provide power and connect the network cable, both LEDs on the D555's RJ45 connector don't light up or blink at all. So for those of you who have units working properly, please let me know: do these LEDs light up during operation? If yes, then I can proceed with hardware repair or replacement.
Thank you!

Hi Ryosuke Tajima The link below has guidance from RealSense D555 users and from one of my RealSense colleagues with D555 expertise that may be helpful with your issue.

Thank you, the device worked properly! Even after reading the datasheet, I didn't realize that I could access the camera settings with just a USB cable, and I had mistakenly assumed that the configuration would be completed entirely through Ethernet. In reality, just like other RealSense devices, I simply needed to connect the USB cable first, check the settings (such as the IP address), and then connect via PoE - there were no problems at all.
Thank you again.

It's great to hear that you achieved a working setup. Thanks very much for the update!
For information about the LED status, if you have a GitHub account then I recommend visiting the link above again and posting a comment about it, tagging the name @hsuys in the message to address it to my RealSense colleague.
