Hello, an Invalid SKU error indicates a problem with the firmware driver.  On a D455 this could be caused by installing a firmware version older than 5.13.0.50, as that is the minimum firmware that supports D455.

If your camera was purchased longer than 12 months ago it would be outside of its warranty period for replacement.  And the Invalid SKU error is not fixable by users with a software update, unfortunately.  Self-repair options would be to open up the camera casing and either:

    1.  Replace the Vision Processor D4 V3 board with a new one.  These can be purchased from RealSense parts suppliers for around 50 euros / dollars.  Or:

    2.  Purchase a D430 depth module, attach it to your camera's Vision Processor D4 board and perform a firmware update, then re-attach your camera's original D450 depth module.  This would be the more expensive of the two options.

If the camera was purchased less than 12 months ago and is still within the warranty period, may I ask which country you are located in please.
