RealSense Viewer problem

Is this an actual display? Looks like it is broken, so there must be a problem in the CCD array or whatever built-in device?I just bought it!!!

Hello, the shown image is a 3D point cloud and it is normal for a point cloud to have large gaps in it. To see the unbroken depth and RGB color images, you need to click the 2D option in the top corner of the RealSense Viewer window.
