    Hi Allen Seng Hung Wong

If your customer is having problems with the DefaultPreset_D435.json visual preset file then they could try launching the RealSense Viewer program and selecting the 'Default' preset instead of the default 'Custom'.  They can then export the Default configuration as a new custom json file using the json save option on the options toolbar adjacent to the preset selection drop-down and attempt loading the newly created json back in.

In regard to the performance issues, if the customer is using exotic industrial computing hardware then they may experience improved stability if the librealsense SDK is built from source code with CMake using the RSUSB backend installation method detailed in the link below.

The RSUSB build is not dependent on Linux versions or kernel versions and does not require patching and so can be a helpful installation option for computing configurations that differ from a typical retail computer.
