Info sensor to build an interactive table

Hi! For work, I need to build an interactive table with 4 tracked dishes. These are the references:

What type of intel cameras is the best to do this?

Hi Lorenzo For a camera that can track fast motion (such as a moving arm / hand) for both depth measurement and RGB video and has a wide field of view, the RealSense D455 model would be an appropriate choice. RealSense 400 Series cameras, including the D455, can be deployed in multiple camera arrangements where the fields of view overlap without interference between cameras.

If the cameras will be deployed at very close range to the table surface, such as under the surface, then the D435i model would be suitable as it can be positioned closer to the subject that is being tracked than the D455 (0.1 meters / 10 cm minimum distance, compared to 0.4 meters / 40 cm on D455). The D435i can also track fast motion with its depth sensor, though blurring may occur on the RGB sensor of the D435i when capturing fast motion as RGB video, as it has a slower shutter than the D455's RGB sensor.
