D435 USB connection problem.

I connected my realsense D435 camera to my laptop but its is not recognized by windows. I can't even hear the device humming. I tested the USB cable with other device and it worked. I tried to connect it to my companion computer and I get the message "no device found".

Any recommendation?

Do you think the device is damage?

Hi Payments. Please check the Windows camera privacy options on your computers using the instructions in the link below to confirm whether permission to access the camera hardware and permission for applications to used the camera are both set to On.
