    Hi Lyvain Lefever  Let's first try treating the problem with the same method that would be used with noise created on the image by fluorescent lights (halogen lights are a form of Incandescent bulb rather than fluorescent).  

    Lighting in the United States typically operates on 60 hz power, so you may therefore be able to minimize interference from light flicker by setting the camera to 60 FPS.

    European regions use 50 hz power frequency though, which complicates the situation as the RealSense SDK does not have an in-built 50 FPS setting and so it is more difficult to closely match FPS with the light's power frequency.  A way to deal with this if your lights are operating on the European 50 Hz frequency may be to set the power line frequency in the RealSense SDK using one of the methods described in the link below.
