Cannot get dimension of any objects via Intel RealSense DWS

Hi intel,

i'm using L515 and trying get dimension of the object by Intel RealSense DWS App.

When i hit the button "Measure", the app will closed.
I found this error log from the Windows event log.

 

Could you please help me on this?
