One of my RealSense support engineer colleagues I discussed the subject with was not aware of any documents about US PBTs (TSCA) and POPs, CA Prop 65 that related to RealSense cameras.

They provided me with a link to an Intel knowledge-base support information page about finding out whether REACH applied to Intel products.  RealSense is no longer part of Intel as of July 2025 onwards, having spun off from Intel to become its own company, but the document should still hopefully be a helpful reference for you.

If you require further information then you could consider signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with the new RealSense company in order to have further confidential discussions about the subject directly with RealSense.
