Hi raviappala appala  Which installation method did you use, please?

The libuvc backend method of building the SDK from source code using a pre-made build script called 'libuvc_installation.sh' consistently works well on Jetson.

If you have already used the libuvc method and the camera is still not detected, taking the additional step of downgrading the camera's firmware driver to version 5.13.0.50 can enable the camera to be detected.  Do you have a PC (Windows or Ubuntu) you could perform the firmware downgrade on, please?  If you can update the firmware in the RealSense Viewer tool on a PC then the updated firmware can be taken back to the Jetson, as the firmware driver is stored inside the camera hardware and not on the computer.

You can downgrade your D455 using the procedure below.  For others reading this, please note that cameras newer than D455 (D435f, D435if, D455f, D456, D457) should not downgrade to firmware 5.13.0.50 or the camera will stop functioning.

    1.  Download the firmware .bin file for 5.13.0.50 from the firmware releases page at the link below.

    https://dev.realsenseai.com/docs/firmware-releases-d400

    2.  Open the RealSense Viewer and go to the More option near the top of the Viewer's options side-panel.  Select the Update Firmware option from its drop-down menu.  This will cause a file selector box to pop up.

    3.  Navigate to the location on your computer where you downloaded the firmware .bin file to and select the file.  The firmware update process should then automatically begin.
