Unable to Detect D457 Camera on Windows 11
I’m unable to get my Intel RealSense D457 to appear in Device Manager or the RealSense Viewer on Windows 11 (Build 22621), despite using the supplied USB 3.0 cable and installing SDK 2.57.0. I’ve tried multiple USB 3.0 ports, rescanned hardware, and reinstalled drivers with no success. Could you advise on any additional drivers, firmware updates, or diagnostics I should run? Thank you.

Hi Xuanye Zeng The D457 camera model is set by default to be used with a different type of cable called GMSL. In order for the camera to be detected when used with a USB cable, you need to remove a small cap on the top of the camera casing and move a physical switch sidewards into the 'USB' position. The camera should then be detected.
If it is still not detected, unplug the micro-sized end of the USB cable from the base of the camera, turn the connector around the other way and re-insert it into the camera.
