rgb camera recognition error

jetpack 6.2, realsense view uses d455, but it keeps saying I can't get the rgb camera frame. It's version sdk 2.55.1.
Can you tell me some solutions?

Hi Tjwjdgks789 There have been another report of this issue in the previous week from a user with Jetpack 6.2 and a D455 camera.

An alternative to the Viewer's RGB mode that may work for you is to enable the D455's alternative RGB display mode, 'RGB from left infrared'.

The RealSense user in that case found that they were able to obtain an image from the RGB sensor in the Viewer if they changed its format to YUYV in the Viewer's RGB options in the side-panel.
