Question about sync pin behavior with output_trigger_enabled vs inter_cam_sync_mode, and RGB/Depth timestamp alignment
Hi,
I'm using a D435i camera, and from other posts I understand that when inter_cam_sync_mode is set to 1, the sync pin outputs a pulse that aligns with the end of depth exposure.
I'm trying to understand how this behavior changes when output_trigger_enabled is set to 1. Specifically:
-
What is the difference in sync pin behavior between
output_trigger_enabled = 1andinter_cam_sync_mode = 1? -
Additionally, I noticed that when the RGB and Depth FPS are the same, their
frame_timestampvalues are aligned.
Does this imply that RGB and Depth exposures end at the same time, i.e., they are synchronized at the end of exposure?
Looking forward to any clarification or help on this.
Thanks!
