Motion Blur at 50Km/H and 45° angle

Regarding the Intel® RealSense™ Depth Camera D455. We were wondering if there is a significant motion blur if we have the camera moving at 50km/H and having a 45° angle related to the surface. The surface is at a distance of 2 to 6m of the camera.

Hi Thibaut Deveraux The D455 is capable of smoothly capturing motion at high speed when attached to a moving vehicle. Both its depth and RGB sensors have fast Global shutters on them that help to avoid motion blur.
D455 has 2x the accuracy over distance of the D435, with its optimal accuracy being at 6 meters from the camera.
In regard to the angle, when tilting the camera further than 30 degrees it could possibly introduce unpredictable issues in the depth image, though the image will still be captured.
If the camera will be operating outdoors at times when there is strong sunlight then the D455f which is equipped with light-blocking filters that can enhance the depth image may be beneficial to you. If there is the possibility of outdoor rain then the IP65-rated casing of the D456 will provide protection from water spray.
