box dimensional measurement using intel depth camera
I am using box dimensional multicam measurement example code to measure length, width, height of the box. In this example after placing the chessboard, the camera not opening but it detects the chessboard when the object placed over the chessboard surface. "Place the box in the field of view of the devices..." this part of the code is not working. may know the reason and how to solve this what are the important requirements for enabling this part.

Hi Revathi May I check the order in which you are performing the calibration procedure for the box_dimensioner_multicam example program, please?
STEP 1
Point the camera(s) at the chessboard without any objects on the chessboard and run the program. Calibration of the camera(s) should automatically take place.
STEP 2
Place the object on the chessboard when asked to by the program.
My understanding from your description is that the program is not asking for the object to be placed on the chessboard after the program has been started. Is this correct, please?
