Debug Android app with RealSense D435i camera

Hi,

I am developing an Android app on a Samsung tablet connected with a RealSense D435i camera.

I need to connect the tablet with PC to debug the app and also need to connect the tablet with the camera. Can I use a USB hub to connect all? If yes what's the requirement for the USB hub?

    Hi Yixun Liu  It sounds as though you want to (a) connect the tablet to the PC, and then in turn (b) connect the camera to the tablet (not connect the camera to the PC). 

    So as the camera would be attached to the tablet, then the tablet would be the device that is plugged into the USB hub so that it could be accessed by the PC.  Is that correct, please?

    If the camera is attached to the tablet with a USB OTG cable then the camera should be drawing its power from the tablet and not from the hub.  So attaching the tablet to a hub or directly to the PC should not make any difference to how the camera operates.

    I have seen a couple of Android cases where a USB hub was being used but not enough reference information to offer a guarantee about how it will perform.
