Recommended Industrial PCs for use with Intel RealSense D415 in computer vision robotics applications
I am looking for a recommended industrial PC to develop a prototype of computer vision system for industrial robotic applications using your Intel RealSense D415 and your SDK with C++ on Linux or Windows. Whic industrial PCs would you recommend? What about Advantech or B&R models? Thanks. Alessio

Hi Alessio Stella As RealSense 400 Series cameras can work with any Arm or Intel processor, any choice of industrial PC that has one of these processor brands should be able to work with your D415 camera.
In regard to recommendations for specific manufacturers for an industrial PC, for developing your prototype an Intel NUC mini PC would be a good match for your Intel RealSense camera. NUCs have been successfully used with RealSense cameras for the entire history of RealSense technology and are available in rugged industrial kit versions with various form factors to meet your precise project needs.

NUCs can use Windows and Linux. The Mini PC models that are ready to run out of the box have Windows 10 pre-installed.

There is a high level of flexibility in customizing NUC products to your precise needs though. For example, the Kit models enable you to choose your own components such as OS, memory and storage.

For the Rugged models, I recommend googling for intel nuc rugged for further details.
