3d scanning human face
I just received my intel realsense D435I and installed the viewer. How can I scan my face and get a full 3d point cloud of the results? I exported the file to blender but I only get a portion of my face missing the side and back. Also scaling is much smaller than should be. I have blender set to mm (.001) and intel viewer was already set to .001 so should work but in blender is much smaller.

Hi Hdasilva1967 The point cloud will reflect the amount of the face that the camera was able to see. If you have a single camera then you could take several scans of your head from the front, back, left and right and then stitch those individual clouds together into a single large 360 degree cloud.
0.001 in the RealSense SDK is meters, not mm. It is equal to a depth unit scale of 1 mm.
