Error with RealSenseActivationTool.exe

Hey 

 

I am trying to run RealSenseActivationTool.exe to activate it with my L515,

Unfortunately, each time I enter the trial product key I get the following error

" An error occurred obtaining the license, if the error persists contact ...., (IRC-400)

 

Any ideas on how can I solve this issue!

  If you are having problems activating your version of the Intel® RealSense™ Dimensional Weight Software, please submit a private ticket here: https://support.intelrealsense.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. In the question "Is your issue related to Intel® RealSense™ Dimensional Weight Software?", select "Activation" in the drop-down and provide the three pieces of information that the form requires.
