Hi Rares  Thanks so much for supporting RealSense over the long term - it's really appreciated!

The IR resolution on the 400 Series cameras can go up to 1280x720.  It is the same for the depth.

The 400 Series does not need to have the projected dot pattern active in scenes with good lighting, as the cameras can use ambient light such as sunlight in the scene instead of the dots to analyse surfaces for depth detail.

On the D415 model, you can also use a Left Imager Color w/o IR Pattern pre-made "Visual Preset" configuration to remove the dot pattern.

The 400 Series can operate at low-lux conditions.  Because the IR sensors in the 400 Series do not have IR-Cut filters and so can see all visible light frequencies, techniques such as IR illuminators or physical optical filters applied over the camera lenses can be used to aid night vision.
