Because the driver problem,my L515 can't be recognized by my computer

Hello everyone of the forum:

I recently bought a LiDAR Camera L515, but when it was connected to my computer, it didn't work as I expected. My computer can't recognize it. I think it's because of the driver. But I can't find a solution on the Internet. What should I do?

If the L515 is plugged into a USB 3 port ( itas andthe camera requires USB 3) and it still does not work, please try the Windows Troubleshooter tool to correct the driver.
