why pyrealsense2 crash?

hi, Sir/Madam;

 

I bought a D415, and installed SDK2.0 (Intel RealSense SDK - win7 - 2.35.2.1897). The viewer works as expected.

 

And installed python3.6.10 by miniconda, and "pip install pyrealsense2" successfully.

 

when i tried to "import pyrealsense2", it crashed. The error is attached.

 

Could you help it? thank you,

  Hi Liukelinlin1981  Another RealSense user has had crash problems with pyrealsense2 on Windows 7 32-bit recently, so you are not the first.
