Address Form cannot contains non-alphabetic or non-numeric characters.

  There may not be anything that the store customer support team can do if the exclusion of certain characters is built into the design of the website though.  If you need to have a " / " in the address, maybe you could represent it with an accepted character such as a capital letter i ( I ) or a # symbol if the form allows it.  Or if you leave empty space in the address where the / should be, a human delivery person can likely work out what the address is meant to be.
