D435 - Calibration table update failed
Hi,
I was having the exact same issue as this thread discussed

The customer support mentioned that the solution can only release to the NDA customers. I am from a University research group and we are totally ok with signing the NDA documents if available. Is there any other information that I need to give in order to get this solution?

It would be difficult to obtain an NDA, as being awarded one is dependent on satisfying a "return on investment" condition where Intel receive a mutual benefit from awarding an NDA and the special support that comes with it. An example of an economic type of return on investment would be an intention to purchase a volume of more than 100,000 cameras.
