RealSense 400 Series firmware 5.12.3.0 now on firmware download page

The latest firmware 5.12.3.0 for the RealSense 400 Series cameras is now listed on the firmware download page.

The release notes for the firmware describe the following addition:

Fixed: Device not recognized in device manager after machine reboot
