Can't Connect RealSense D435 to Viewer Software

Problems with opening the Viewer and Depth Quality Tool may be related to an issue with the OpenGL graphics driver on your computer, as these programs use OpenGL to render their graphics.  If you update the graphics drivers on your PC then OpenGL should get upgraded automatically if those drivers support OpenGL (which they should do if they are a mainstream driver brand such as Nvidia).

    Hi MartyG,

Thank you for your response! All the drivers were updated, as was OpenGL. The issue ended up being with a USB-to-Ethernet box we were using, so we found a different, workaround solution using a different computer. Thank you for your response, and I apologize to anyone looking for answers to similar issues in the future! :)

No need to apologize - I'm really glad you found a solution!  If you have not seen it already, the EtherSense project may be a useful reference for you.

The new FRAMOS D435e industrial camera can also be connected directly to ethernet, cutting out the need for USB.
