Window realsense viewer can not see connected D415

Hello, 

 

I have some issue with opening the D415 with the intel RealSense viewer. But the device was detected in the device manager.

I can see both RealSense 415 Depth and 415 RGB under the imaging devices. But when i run the RealSense viewer or the example hello-realsense, i got the no connected device error. I try to update the firmware to 5.11.15.0 but still no luck with this problem. Can someone help?

    Thank you for your interest in the Intel RealSense D415 camera.

    Can you please check if your privacy settings under windows>options>Privacy>Camera are on?
