About the structure of RealSense Depth Camera D435i
Can RealSense Depth Camera D435i be divided into 3 modules RGB module, Stereo module and motion module?

I have not opened up a D435i to check its actual wiring but if you are asking if it is possible to detach the depth module, RGB sensor and IMU into separate components then I would assume so. This is because the D430 depth module used in the D435i does not have RGB and IMU integrated on its board and in the standard D435 camera, the RGB sensor is certainly attached separately via a cable. Opening up the camera would invalidate the sales warranty if it is still within its warranty period, but there is nothing to stop you opening the camera if you accept this.
It should also be noted that the cameras also contain a Vision Processor D4 board that the depth module attaches to, so this should be factored into any modification plans you have.
Here is a diagram of the camera's internal structure.

Edit: I also found a Chinese-language website that has a tear-down analysis of the D435i components. The internal component pictures are just past halfway down the page, so you may have to scroll down a long way to get to them.
