SR300 Support on Xeon processors (9th gen)

  SR300 cameras are best suited to Intel Core processors, as they do not have the 'works on any Intel processor' flexibility of the newer 400 Series.  They should work with any Core processor that is 6th generation or newer.

  The ground is a bit less certain for Xeon processors.  They exist in a strange universe where they stand a chance of working with the SR300 even though the official specification says that they shouldn't.  Historically, with a 5th generation Xeon, the chances of it working with SR300 were 50-50, and the chances decreased with each older generation. 

  Going in the other direction, then, the chances of it working with a 9th generation Xeon are pretty good.  An Intel support team member should be able to provide a more certain answer, since they can consult the RealSense engineering team..
