I found a known issure statement about frame drops (DSO-9065). What is it?

Actually, I'm facing RGB stream stops issure when I use D435 in specific conditiion. But I'm not sure in what condition it happens. I want to konw is it related to DSO-9065.

DSO numbers are related to Intel's internal bug tracking system. As the DSO numbers never have clickable links, it is hard to find out information about them.

Are you using sync cables to synchronize more than one camera please? If so, there is a situation where the RGB can freeze when a long sync cable is used that does not have electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection built into it.

I'm using 2 cameras, but independently. So it may not the case.

I will try futher work on the problem in my side. It seems better to specify when it happens and make another issue.
