Remove IR filter on D401
Currently I am using D401 for my project and I need IR light to illuminate the object using IR LED, unfortunately the D401 has IR cut filter on it. Is there any way to remove this filter? Thanks

Hi Achmadpurnomo95 There has been one past case where a lens was successfully removed but the risk of damaging the sensor makes doing so not worth it unless you are prepared to write off the module if it fails.
RealSense 400 Series cameras can also make use of visible ambient light in the scene to aid depth processing, so if the camera is being used indoors then adding additional visible illumination to the scene (such as with an external lamp) could be an alternative option.
