  Hi Jimmek  M4 (4 mm diameter) is the size of the two small mounting holes on the back of the camera on the D455 camera model. D415 and D435 / D435i type cameras have an M3 size mounting hole diameter.

   

  The tripod hole on the base of the camera is 1/4-20 which is a standard camera tripod screw-thread size used for all RealSense camera models.  This measurement equates to a diameter of 1/4 inches or 6.35 mm, with 20 threads per inch.
