D415 connection issue
Hi All
We are using the D415 with the Librealsense SDK, where we aren't able to communicate with the camera. I have observed that the RealSense camera is not detected after rebooting the system. This issue occurs 2 out of 10 times and also happens on different PCs. When we encounter this error, the camera device is present in the device manager, but there is no camera information in the RealSense Viewer. This issue is solved after unplugging and replugging of camera but this is not a permanent fix. Can anyone guide me here to fix this issue?

Firmware version: 05.11.06.250
Library: realsense-2.17.1

Hi Vijaykumar Shejal The RealSense Viewer and firmware driver versions that you are using date back to end 2018 / start 2019, and USB connection problems were more common back then before fixes were implemented in the firmware. As you are apparently using Windows if you have the Device Manager, would it be possible for you to update to the latest versions (RealSense SDK 2.54.2 and firmware 5.15.1.0).
