Intel RealSense Viewer 2.5 error with camera 415

Hi,

As I open the 415 with Intel RealSense Viewer2.5 on Windows 10, I got the following error.

I connected it to another computer and it works well. I changed the USB cable and USB port but still does not work. Is it caused by the insufficient power of the USB?

Hi Yixun Liu The MFCreateDeviceSource error in the log suggests that Windows cannot access the camera. If the camera works normally on another PC then the error may be being caused by the Windows camera privacy settings. Please use the instructions at the link below to check that permission to access the camera and permission for applications to access the camera are both set to On.
