D455 camera not detected and appears to be broken
I have been using my D455 camera on an Ubuntu computer for over a year without issue. However, recently the computer experienced unstable power supply due to rusty joint. After replacing the joint, the D455 camera is no longer detected on the computer. Additionally, the Arduino connected to the computer was damaged and shorted. I have tested the D455 using the RealSense SDK on both Windows 10 and Ubuntu 16.04, but it is not detected on either operating system. Meanwhile, my other D435 camera still can be detected on both systems.
I am uncertain whether the D455 camera is physically damaged or if it simply needs to be reset. If it is broken, does Intel provides a repair service, even if it is fee-based. Alternatively, I would need to purchase a new camera.
I appreciate any assistance you can provide on this matter. Thank you.

Hi Chanoscarm249 Intel do not offer a repair service for RealSense cameras, unfortunately.
A new camera can be purchased from the official online RealSense Store.

Have you tried using the D435's USB cable on the D455 to confirm whether or not the problem is with the cable, please?
