F455 on Windows 7

Hello Community,

I'm trying to use my F455 camera on Windows 7 64 bit.

The camera was working properly on Windows 10, but now, on Windows 7 it is stated as an not recognized device unde Device Manager.

Is there any driver that I should install to make the camera working on Windows 7?

Hello F Miglietta,

Unfortunately, Intel RealSense ID F455 is only supported and tested on Windows 10.

There are no plans for Windows 7 support.
