Hello Revathi,

The RealSenseID is not capable of returning still images. The new feature in RealSenseID SDK 0.17.1, "Camera Dump Mode - get 1920x1080 RAW10 images from the device, instead of a live RGB preview stream," is to be used for debug purposes only.

It allows a user to output files with a W10 extension, which are not readable by any public viewers. The user sends those W10 files to the RealSense engineering team for further analysis to debug issues.
