L515 vs D415

Dear all

could you please enlighten me on the main pros and cons of L515 vs. D415 and viceversa in industrial applications? Which main differences of performance they have and when one is more suitable than the other?

I think I understood the L515 is more suitable for higher range scan and medium speed objects but just "enlighten me from scratch", thank you so much.

Also with one and the other, which image processing/detection/measure libraries (mainly in C++) would you suggest of the many available on the market or open source?
