L515 - Outdoor Performance
How can I make the off-the-shelf LiDAR work in outside Sun light? Can I design my own LiDAR by using your components plus my own higher power laser?

Hi Zack,
The RealSense LiDAR Camera L515 will not work well outdoors. It works best indoors with as little ambient light as possible.
Intel does not sell components that will allow you to build your own LiDAR solution. Adding extra lasers to supplement the L515 will only deteriorate it's performance and not work at all.
