Product Support for L515

Hi, I'm Jesus Covarrubias Robles from ClothingTechLLC in Austin, TX. We are hoping to use the L515 for our product, and hope to get direct support from an Intel employee regarding the camera. Our roadmap has us potentially buying these sensors in the thousands for our product, so getting direct support is very important to us. How can we get this kind of paid support?

    Hello Jesus,

    There is no paid support model for Intel RealSense cameras. For technical support, you can continue to post questions on this forum or open a private ticket by submitting a request at this form.

    You can also access the request form by clicking on your profile icon on the top right of this page and select "Submit a Ticket."

    It is best for you to purchase RealSense products either from the Intel RealSense Store or your favorite Intel Authorized Distributor.
