intel Real sense d455 {Infrared 1 and Infrared 2 Streams}

Hello, I want to inquire about Intel real sense camera i just bought. When i bought 2 days ago on the stereo camera there were 3 streams and today i went to check i only found 2 streams where by i can see the infrared 2 anymore please can you help to explain me why is the reason?

    Hi Duke Zacks  Infrared 2 is only available on a USB 3 connection.  If the camera is plugged into a USB 2.1 port on the computer or it is in a USB 3 port but being mis-detected as a USB 2.1 connection then Infrared 2 will not be listed.

    Thanks you solved and i was able to record 2 videos at the same time using infrared & infrared 2
